Computer Vision

Vision systems that hold up on real camera feeds.

We build computer vision for inspection, safety, counting and tracking — models trained on your own footage and deployed on edge devices or in the cloud, connected to the systems that act on what they see.

  • Privacy by design

The challenge

Lab accuracy means little on a dusty factory camera.

Lighting changes, lenses get dirty, products vary and cameras get knocked out of position. Models trained only on clean datasets fail quietly when they meet the real world.

We collect and label data from your own sites, test models against the conditions they will face, and deploy them where latency and bandwidth make sense. Detections feed straight into alerts, dashboards or your production systems.

What you walk away with

  • Custom models trained on your own footage
  • A labelled dataset you own
  • Edge or cloud deployment with monitoring
  • Alerts, dashboards and system integrations
  • A retraining plan for when conditions change

Capabilities

What we deliver

Visual quality inspection

Spot defects, missing parts and labelling errors on the line, consistently, on every unit.

Safety monitoring

Detect missing PPE, restricted-zone entry and unsafe behaviour, and alert supervisors in real time.

Counting & occupancy

Count people, vehicles or items to plan staffing, manage queues and understand flow.

Inventory & logistics

Track pallets, read labels and check shelf stock without manual scanning.

OCR & document vision

Read text from forms, meters, number plates and IDs, even when images are imperfect.

Edge deployment

Models optimised to run on-site, cutting latency and keeping video off the public internet.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference

An operator working at industrial machinery on a factory floor
Manufacturing

Automated inspection on the production line

Cameras check every unit for defects and assembly errors, flag rejects instantly and log images so quality teams can trace issues back to their cause.

  • Defect and anomaly detection
  • Real-time reject signals to the line
  • Image log for root-cause analysis

Logistics

Warehouses that see what moves

Track pallets and parcels, verify shipments and monitor aisles for safety risks, using the cameras already mounted in the building.

  • Pallet and parcel tracking
  • Label and barcode reading
  • Forklift and pedestrian safety zones

How we deliver

Four stages, no black box

  1. 12 weeks

    Site assessment

Review camera positions, lighting and footage; agree what must be detected and how accurately.

  2. 22–4 weeks

    Data & labelling

Collect footage from your sites and build a labelled dataset that reflects real conditions.

  3. 3Fortnightly releases

    Train & validate

Train models and test them on held-back footage from conditions they have never seen.

  4. 4Ongoing

    Deploy & monitor

Install on edge or cloud, connect alerts and retrain when cameras, products or sites change.

Technology

Built on proven, mainstream tools

We choose technology for reliability and for how easily your team can run it after handover — not for novelty. Everything integrates with the systems you already use.

Questions

Computer Vision, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask our team.

Can you use our existing cameras?
Usually, yes. We assess your current cameras during discovery and only recommend new hardware where resolution, angle or frame rate genuinely limits what can be detected.
How much footage do you need?
It depends on the task, but we typically start with a few days of representative footage from each site, then add examples of rare events as the system runs.
What about privacy?
Systems can blur faces, avoid storing raw video and process everything on-site. We design around local regulations and your own privacy policies from the start.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Edge deployments run entirely on-site and only send detections or summaries to the cloud if you want them to.
